With the decline of customer service generally these days, Jim’s service was second to none. I left a voicemail with Jim about the issue concerning my bathroom jacuzzi. He promptly responded saying that he was out of town for the next 2 days, and he would respond when he got back into town. He responded at 8:30 pm on the day he said he would return. He asked for pictures of my bath jacuzzi which I sent. We connected the next day and troubleshot the problem over the phone.
