Needed help as my hot tub, which is just under 5 years old, started tripping the breaker. Jim walked me through a few things over the phone and we were able to get the thing up and running. He was able to diagnose the issue as being a ozonator. I appreciate the fact that he was willing to spend time talking to me over the phone without asking for a penny. Our 7 year old hot tub was tripping a breaker. Jim came out and advised us on repairs needed. Performed quickly and for reasonable cost. Two months later tub had problem and Jim was able to diagnose over the phone. Our cover had flipped up (wind) long enough to allow leaves to prevent flow. I removed them, and tub was “fixed”. Wish all service people were this responsive, honest, and knowledgeable.

With the decline of customer service generally these days, Jim’s service was second to none. I left a voicemail with Jim about the issue concerning my bathroom jacuzzi. He promptly responded saying that he was out of town for the next 2 days, and he would respond when he got back into town. He responded at 8:30 pm on the day he said he would return. He asked for pictures of my bath jacuzzi which I sent. We connected the next day and troubleshot the problem over the phone. After we decided it didn’t need his visit, I offered to pay him for his time. He declined my offer. This type of thing never happens in the world today. I would highly recommend Jim.
